Mid-February again? It must be fashion week.

So, once again, it's fashion week in New York City, when the best and brightest designers showcase their Fall 2009 looks. The tents are up in Bryant Park; the audiences are thick with celebrities; supermodels air-kiss each other; fashion editors ooo and ahhh over the latest new designers.

Of course all eyes were on Jason Wu, the twenty-six-year-old who designed Michelle Obama's innaugural gown.Pop stars and Hollywood actors are out are in the front rows:

Wu's clothes are pretty sedate in general. But I love this midnight blue flow-y, on-the-beach, sand-in-your-hair, Moroccan-style gown.
